Ruth De Paz-Nelson is a sole legal practitioner and principal of WILS. 

Ruth has extensive experience in South Australian workers compensation law.  She has previously worked with several trade unions, namely, United Voice, Australian Services Union, Australian Manufacturing Workers Union – Victorian Branch and SA Unions, as an Advocate and Industrial Officer.

Ruth believes that injured workers should have access to legal representation and should not be prevented from pursuing their entitlements simply because of financial hardship.
